Finally I headed back to Germany. Much too early though. I flew out of Cairns on Wednesday the 12. February, not forgetting to have a last look onto the great barrier reef:

I arrived in Hong Kong and met Daniela and Torsten from Germany - they had a three day stop over on their way to Australia.

We went up on a outlook to have a nice sunset view over the city.

And after sunset:

Those Skyscrapers are massive:

The next day we went to see the temple of ten thousand buddas. As the temple itself consists of four concrete walls and a concrete roof I took only a picture of the place in front of the temple:

We were lucky that Torsten found an old temple building, half crumpled, a few hundred meters behind the new temple and near a waterfall.

The scenic view from the old temple. That's still part of Hong Kong, even though it took us almost a hour to get to the temple with the local train.

As it's the temple of ten thousand buddas they manufacture some as well:

After that we went down town Hong Kong to see the famous street markets,

using the ferry on our way back.

The next night we went out, Eva created a turtle from the leafes of a rose, which I promised to publish on the web as well :v)

As Daniela and Torsten flew away that day, Eva and I went to see the worlds largest brass budda.

That's it - vacation done ;v(
For all you, that shared some time and thoughts with me on that trip - thanx and enjoy. Your welcome anytime here in munich as you already know.
