From Melbourne to Sydney

Next day I did a trip to Phillip island to see the penguin parade. A pity that you are not allowed to take any pictures, but anyway here are some pictures of the native wildlife in a wildlife refugee.

Just before I went to Lakes entrance I did a hiking tour with Sherril ( a room mate ) to Dandenong national park. That was a wonderful hike through a rainforest.

The next day I got bored of Melbourne and started my trip up north to Sydney. First stop after a 6 hour train/bus ride was Lakes entrance where I stayed three days to walk on the empty 90 mile beach. And they where really empty as you see - you could walk for an hour and not see anyone.

And by the way, found a nice wife down in Lakes entrance - even though a bit rough and hard on the outside.

After total relaxation I hopped on the OZ-Experience bus and met Bianca and Natjsa from NL. We took the standard pictures of state borders:

Arrived in Canberra two days later and had a BBQ with all the people from the bus that night.

This picture is taken so that everybody knows what an OZ-experience bus looks like:

Last stop was the famous blowhole in Kiama, where I just couldn't quite find the right moment for the photo - but anyway:
